Hey there, welcome to our fun but informative blog, we appreciate your support!
A favorite October quote of mine:
~"This is October for me: Withdrawing into my own world, blocking out everything except the beauty of the season, my reflections and my relationship with G-d, I find that this is enough to sustain me through the long, cold, winter and beyond!"~

As the month draws to a close, many of us enters a period of reflection, questioning whether we've achieved our goals, shown kindness to others, made an impact, or taken time to savor 'moments.'
We all are always busy and hustling through many things. Our minds are cluttered with thoughts and all we think is to get work at hand done, spending very little time to think about where we are, how do we feel and where do we wish to be. That is why monthly
reflection is important.
I personally believe it's crucial to engage in reflection, and self-inquiry as a means of self-accountability and as the sole path to enhancing my personal growth and fulfilling my life. If I don't take responsibility for myself, who will? Life is what we create for ourselves, not what others create for us!
Do you take time to reflect?
Doing monthly reflection can offer the following benefits:
Increased self-awareness, developing a better understanding of yourself and others, helps you understand your strengths, weaknesses and more!
Our 520Aftermath YouTube channel will delve more into reflection!
~Don't forget, Nov. 3rd, time changes! We 'fall back,' lol, I know, I hate it too, lol!~
Please inform us if there's a specific topic or subject you would like us to explore in our blog or feature on our YouTube channel. We appreciate your participation!
